Conditions of Entry
- All patrons must have a valid ticket or entry authorisation.
- Official wristbands are to be worn at all times. Patrons without a wristband will be escorted off site.
- All signs must be read and obeyed.
- All minors will be kept under the direct supervision and within constant eyesight of a parent/guardian at all times.
- Licensed security are authorised to refuse entry.
- This is a byo alcohol event. We prefer to limit glass onsite, so avoid glass if there are alternatives. No glass will be permitted on dancefloors.
- Illicit drugs are strictly forbidden.
- Due to ACT Government restrictions no fires will be permitted in the camping areas. Gas cooking is permitted but patrons are advised to clear the area of flammable material 1 metre around your gas cooker and elevate the fire if possible.
- No pets allowed (guide dogs excepted). Due to land use requirements this will be strictly enforced. Please don't bring pets as we really do not like turning people away.
- Community standards of behavior are expected and persons deemed to be behaving in a manner that is dangerous or unacceptable to management will be refused admission and/or removed from the premises.
- Activities such as 'stage diving' and 'moshing' are strictly prohibited.
- The right is reserved to vary artists, programs, and presentation/performance times without notice and without refund.
Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase
- All ticket prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST
- The Dragon Dreaming Festival uses the Paypal global online payment system to administer ticket sales. Paypal accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs including Visa, Mastercard and Billpay Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Online ticket purchases will attract a booking fee.
- Tickets can be purchased in person at selected outlets. Please check the Tickets page of the website for further details of ticket suppliers. Over the counter ticket purchases will attract a booking fee.
- Ticket orders are processed only after billing information has been verified. Occasionally we receive incorrect billing information (eg your contact or billing details) which can delay the ticket delivery process. In these cases, a member of the Dragon Dreaming Team will attempt to contact you.
- When ordering tickets online, please ensure you place your order using only one browser window. Using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or ordering multiples.
- Festival Organisers are not responsible for any losses (tickets, monetary or otherwise). No replacements will be given if your ticket is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
- If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted online or otherwise communicated to your, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale date, or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then the Dragon Dreaming Team will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This applies regardless of human error or transactional malfunction.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with the Dragon Dreaming Team whether or not your order was successful. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchasing process.
Refund Policy
Refund information for any event will be posted in the front page of www.dreagondreaming.net when applicable.
- Tickets are sold as non-refundable However, in some situations refunds may be given at the discretion of the Organiser.
- Rescheduled event. The Organiser reserves the right to alter the line up, date, time and/or venue. If the event is rescheduled then your ticket to the advertised event will remain valid. If you cannot attend a rescheduled event and you contact us in a timely manner, providing the original ticket(s) + proof of purchase, we will refund to You the ticket price inclusive of booking fees but exclusive of delivery or mail fees and any processing surcharge.
- Cancellation. If the event is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by bushfire or by any event outside of the control of the Presenter then refunds shall be at the Presenters absolute discretion.
- If the event is partially cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or bushfire or by any event outside of the control of the Presenter then refunds shall be at the Presenters absolute discretion.
- If the event is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the ticket price inclusive of booking fees but exclusive of delivery or mail fees and or Processing Surcharge, provided the request by you is made in a timely manner and the original ticket(s) and proof of purchase are presented. Please contact us to request a refund.
- No Show / Failure to collect tickets / Delivery fulfillment. We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of tickets by emailing the ticket to you. If for any reason you do not collect all or part of Your ticket(s) we are unable to refund you.
- We do not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase nor do we replace tickets that may have been stolen lost or destroyed, except as otherwise provided for herein. Please treat your tickets like cash.
